Who We Are

Donnay Commercial Properties originally began in farm and residential homebuilding in the late 1940’s under Vern Donnay and branched into commercial real estate in the early 1990’s. 

Adam Isaacson is Principal of Donnay Commercial Properties, a Twin Cities retail portfolio he has led since 2009. In addition to being a real estate investor with deep expertise in property valuation, asset management and portfolio structuring, Adam brings a disciplined long term approach to ownership - one focused on not just returns but, on creating environments where tenants can genuinely thrive.

Over more than 15 years at the helm, Adam has built a reputation as a hands-on owner who combines institutional quality analysis with a landlord philosophy centered solely on tenant success. His approach is strategic, entity structuring, tax efficient management and submarket intelligence ensures Donnay Properties remains a strong and stable presence in the Twin Cities retail landscape. Along with his fiancé, Ibeth and her extensive background in construction and vendor management, her presence adds and compliments to the tenant-centric approach to business.
